These Service Terms apply to all deliveries and orders placed with Daleswheel Yorkshire Cheese Couriers (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website or submitting an order, you agree to the following terms governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Orders may be placed online through our form or by direct email. Payment is processed securely through recognised UK payment gateways. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Deliveries operate across England. We provide estimated time windows but cannot guarantee exact arrival due to road and weather conditions. All products are dispatched in chilled, insulated packaging. Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address or nominated safe place.
Cheeses are supplied as per product descriptions. As a perishable item, they must be refrigerated upon arrival. We take reasonable care to maintain temperature integrity but are not liable for delays beyond our control once the parcel is handed to a courier network.
Due to the nature of perishable goods, returns are accepted only for items damaged or incorrectly fulfilled. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear details and photographs. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after review.
We do not exclude or limit liability for personal injury or fraud. However, we are not responsible for losses arising from misuse, incorrect storage, or unauthorised modification of delivered products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the value of that order.
We process personal data strictly under our Privacy Brief and comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. No sensitive data is retained beyond operational necessity.
